7、············································48中文摘要Hedgehog信号通路在大鼠急性胰腺炎中的作用及其对TNF-α、IL-10的影响摘要急性胰腺炎(acutepancreatitis,AP)是临床常见急腹症,具有起病急、病情重、变化快等特点,除了胰腺本身病变之外,还可能引起胰腺外器官和组织的损伤,甚至最终或可诱发全身炎症反应综合征(systemicinflammatoryresponsesyndrome,SIRS)、多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple-organdys

8、functionsyndrome,MODS)等而导致死亡。目前,关于AP发生发展机制的研究很多,细胞内信号通路即为其中重要的一个方面。大量研究发现,Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路作为细胞内信号通路的新热点,不仅在动物胚胎发育、细胞分化增殖、器官发育调节等生理过程中发挥着重要作用,还与许多疾病的发生发展有着直接的关系
