1、价以及LD作图的核心标记。6.以株高的统合结果为参照系,评价了3种常规的基于QTL的标记筛选法,即直接法、剃刀法和重叠次数法。发现在剃刀法的基础上融入直接泫,其选择效果与统合分析相当,可以近乎无偏的估计统合分析给出的所有标记选取点。7.从3875个已定位的QTL中筛选出位于2H上的842个QTL进行图谱整合,对该染色体性状的整体分布进行评价,发现25.33.3、50.58.3、75.83.3、116.67.125、150.158.3cM处等5个区间同时控制着较多的性状,该位点适合选取标U对群体的整体性评价。关键词:大麦,数量性状位点,统合分析,奥坎姆剃刀律,资源评价Abstr
