4、ntoabattleontwofronts:thoughthepositivistiscommittedtomaintainingsomeconceptualdistancebetweenlawandthekindofobjectivemoralstandardswhichoftenformthebasisofnaturallawclaims,1thiscannot–ifpositivismissustainable–leadtoasituationinwhichthecriteriaemployedbyjudgesinreachingdecisionsa
