8、S动物模型:采用慢急性联合应激(CACS)建立大鼠IBS模型,即CACS应激大鼠在孤笼饲养的基础上连续给予21天慢性不可预知应激,并于第22天给予3h急性束缚应激,以此建立大鼠IBS模型。2.白藜芦醇对IBS大鼠行为学的影响:采用强迫游泳实验观察动物抑郁样行为,通过大理石掩埋实验观测动物焦虑样表现,同时分别通过肠道动力学实验和腹壁撤退反射实验检测大鼠肠道动力以及内脏敏感性状态。3.观察白藜芦醇对IBS大鼠脑、肠5-羟色胺(5-HT)及其代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HI
