1、天津大学硕士学位论文Ce<,x>Zr<,1-x>O<,2>和CeO<,2>催化CO<,2>和乙醇直接反应合成碳酸二乙酯姓名:王玮申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工艺指导教师:马新宾20070601摘要二氧化碳的大量排放带来了严重的全球性环境问题,对其进行资源化利用一直都是研究者关注的焦点。从二氧化碳出发合成碳酸二乙酯(DEC)工艺路线的研究不仅可得到高附加值的化工产品,而且将二氧化碳作为一种可循环利用的碳资源,对改善生态环境也具有重要意义。本文对铈锆复合氧化物(Ce。Zrl.x02)及氧化铈(Ce02)催化二氧化碳和乙醇直接合成碳酸二乙酯进行了研究。Ce。Zrl.。02(x=0.0
2、7)和Ce02对C02和乙醇直接合成DEC均具有较好的催化活性。催化剂前驱体选用氧氯化锆和硝酸铈,采用共沉淀同步加料的方式制备催化剂,催化剂的焙烧温度为800℃。反应条件为C02和乙醇的进料量分别为238mmol和168mmol,0.19Ceo.07Zr0.9302催化剂或0.59Ce02催化剂,反应温度140"C,反应2h后可分别得到0.29mmol和0.4mmol产物DEC,选择性可达到95%,同时伴随微量副产物乙醛和1,1.--7,氧基乙烷的生成。zr掺入Ce02的立方萤石结构,可以提高催化剂的高温稳定性和抗烧结能力,增大催化剂的比表面积。CexZrl.x02催化剂在x=
