1、厦门大学硕士学位论文开放体系智能交通信号控制系统的设计与实践姓名：林章渊申请学位级别：硕士专业：计算机应用技术指导教师：杨晨晖20060501摘要智能交通信号控制系统为城市交通管理提供了一种有效的方法，其广泛的应用前景和惊人的商业价值已经引起了国内外学术界和企业界的极大关注。目前国内外已经有了各种商业化的智能交通信号控制系统，标准化和智能化是智能交通信号控制系统发展迫切需要解决的问题。本文围绕标准化和智能化这两个核心问题，对开放体系智能交通信号控制系统的设计展开了比较深入地研究。本文的主要工作及贡献主要包括以下几点：1．智能交通信号控制系统的开放体系研究。在借鉴国外在智能交通

2、信号控制系统丌放体系方面的规范的基础上，初步提出了适合中国国情的智能交通信号控制系统开放体系标准。使开放体系支持NTCIP，对NTCIP所用控制模型与中国现在常见的控制模型进行了比较，并提出了二者相互转化的条件及转化方法。2．智能交通流检测算法。详细分析了背景获取与更新的条件与相关算法。应用基于色差信号的阴影检测，提出了区域阈值车辆检测算法。从整体效果看，基本上满足了车流量检测系统的实时性、准确性和鲁棒性的要求。3．信号控制机设计实践。这是一个符合开放体系标准的设计，并使其支持NTCIP，提供了灯色状态检测及控制的API，系统具有良好的扩展性和可替换性。使用视频检测器和信号机
