2、济的协调发展等均具有重大的现实意义。论文以我国高速公路资产管理体制与价值管理为研究核心，力图建立起适应于我国高速公路发展的资产管理体制与价值管理体系。在研究思路与方法上，采用定性定量分析结合、宏观分析与微观分析并举、比较分析与个案研究互补、规范研究与实证研究相容的方法。在梳理国内外同类研究与进展的基础上，以高速公路的属性分析为切入点，分析了高速公路的资产管理特性；在借鉴国内外高速公路资产管理体制成功经验的基础上，详细研究了我国高速公路资产管理体制的改进问题，分别从改革原则、改革目标、改革路径与模式设计等方面进行了系统的论述。以高速公路价值的顺利实现为目标，开发高速公路价值管理工具，引入效

3、用理论，构建高速公路价值管理指标体系，并运用现代经济学理论对高速公路的投入产出进行了定量分析；最后对高速公路价值实现形式及各方利益的兼容问题进行了深入研究，以期达成高速公路资产管理的科学化与价值的最大化。关键词：高速公路；资产管理体制；价值管理；价值实现AbstractAlongwithfastdevelopmentofourcountryexpresswayconstruction，thestatusofexpresswayinthesocialdevelopmentandthenationaleconomyincreaseismoreandmoreimportant．Ontheoth
