2、乘人员而言，实为虚设，统一、快捷、方便的紧急呼叫系统成为我国高速公路建设的空白。随着高速公路建设里程的不断增加，高速公路信息化建设将是未来10年的发展趋势，如何对建成的高速公路进行科学的管理，如何为道路使用者提供更为便捷优质的服务迫在眉睫。本课题研究的高速公路紧急呼叫救援系统基于中国移动、中国联通已经形成的无线网络环境，道路使用者可以通过手机直接拨打高速公路设置的特服号码进行呼叫和紧急救援，高速公路管理者通过设在监控中心的终端，可以直接和呼救者进行对话，系统可以通过基站对呼救者进行定位，通过呼救内容按预定的方案，组织相应的消防、车辆修理、路政、医院等工作人员进行救助服务。关键词：高速公路紧急呼
