1、中南大学硕士学位论文铁路客运专线公司组织结构研究姓名：王义芳申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：李夏苗20061101摘要建设客运专线，实行客货分线运输，是当今世界铁路发展的方向。在繁忙运输通道上建设客运专线，也是我国铁路适应国民经济和社会发展需要，加快实现现代化的必然选择。中国自2005年以来，陆续开工建设了多条客运专线，并各自成立了公司。组织结构是企业实现目标的手段和保障，合理的组织结构可以提高效率、激发员工的潜力。所以在铁路客运专线建设的高峰时期，研究客运专线公司的组织结构有着深远的意义。本文深入研究了组织和组织理论，并系统地

2、分析了组织的发展趋势，和组织理论研究的热点与难点。同时在分析组织结构的影响因素、组织结构的诸多模式的基础上，从不同的角度对组织结构的常见模式进行了较为系统的比较分析，总结出常见组织结构模式的优缺点、适用范围等，为组织结构设计奠定理论基础。在分析和比较国外铁路客运公司以及国内城市轨道交通企业组织结构模式的基础上，本文对铁路客运专线公司的组织结构进行了设计。通过对比分析，找到适合铁路客运专线公司的组织结构的基本模式，并设计了演进模型。通过对铁路客运专线公司组织结构的分析，构建了铁路客运专线公司组织结构评价的指标体系，将评价指标体系分为企业性指标、效能性
