1、大连海事大学硕士学位论文船舶维修保养管理问题研究姓名：付捷申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：闵德权20090601中文摘要摘要船舶维修保养问题作为航运企业现代化经营管理的一个重要组成部分，船舶维修保养决策与否，以何种方式维修保养等问题，将直接影响到企业的经济效益。本文在分析国内外船舶维修保养研究现状基础上介绍了船舶维修理论基础，包括维修性的概念，维修的指导原则，维修思想，维修方针，维修制度，维修方式以及船舶维修保养在船舶运输中的重要意义。随着我国航运事业的发展与参加国际航运市场的竞争，对船舶维修保养管理的要求在不断提高。目前船舶管理手段相对滞后，船舶管理基本处

2、于传统管理模式，即以人工处理为主，包括计划、记录、报告、备件物料采购等。这制约了船舶维修保养管理水平的提高，使管理费用居高不下，还影响到船舶的安全、营运率、船舶寿命及机务人员业务素质的提高。最终使船公司在市场竞争中处于劣势。本文针对船舶维修保养问题提出一种新的思想，要求将船舶的维修保养问题纳入船舶的设计阶段，在设计船舶的同时，同步考虑船舶的营运时期所需的维修保养需求，进行维修保养体系的同步设计，在交付船舶的同时同步交付船舶维修保养所需的资源，建立维修保养体系，使船舶营运期间保持较好的营运状态。文章最后通过建立模型来研究如何有效地节省船舶维修费用，其中包括对船舶维修方式和修船厂的
