1、长沙交通学院硕士学位论文城市交通可持续发展研究姓名：仇东东申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：黄中祥20030501摘要可持续发展作为一种新的发展观，已被世界各国普遍接受，这是人类对自身的发展历史长期思考和探索的结果。伴随着我国城市化进程的深入，城市交通所面临的交通拥挤、交通事故、交通污染和无法满足交通需求等问题已严重制约着城市社会、经济和生态环境的可持续发展。本文以道路交通为主体，就城市交通的可持续发展进行了探索和研究，主要内容如下：1．在简要回顾可持续发展理论的基础上，提出了对城市交通可持续发展内涵的理解：2．运用系统动力学方法，分析了城市交通系统可持续发

2、展的因果关系；3．介绍并借鉴国内外的可持续发展指标体系，依据～定的原则和方法构建了城市交通可持续发展指标体系，并对具体指标做出详细说明；4．城市交通可持续发展指标体系是一个多层次、多因素的综合体系，宜采用模糊综合评判方法进行综合评价。本文以长沙市为例，对其城市交通可持续发展进行定量分析与评价，得出了结论；5．分析了我国城市交通可持续发展的现状和制约条件，对实现城市交通可持续发展的途径进行了细致的探讨。关键词：城市交通；可持续发展；系统动力学；指标体系；模糊综合评判；综合评价AbstractAsanewdevelopingviewpoint，sustainabledevelop
