1、长沙理工大学硕士学位论文BOT融资项目集成化风险管理研究姓名：杨文安申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：吴唤群20040506摘要风险管理是项目管理的重要内容之一。作为一种新型的项目融资模式，BOT融资方式近年来在发展中国家得到了较快的发展。BOT融资项目具有投资规模大、生命周期长、参与者多等特点，且所处环境处于不断变化和发展之中，因此风险管理是130T融资项目的核心问题，成功的风险管理是BOT融资项目目标实现的保证。本文针对国内项目风险管理过程中存在的问题，讨论了BOT融资项目风险的类型和特点。从项目管理的集成化和项目自身特点出发，论证了BOT融资项目实

2、行集成化风险管理的意义。以系统论和全面风险管理理论为依据，通过实现风险管理手段和方法、投入要素和信息资源、风险管理目标以及风险管理过程的有效整合和集成，建立了BOT融资项目集成化风险管理的理论，并对集成化风险管理的框架和过程进行了研究。本文介绍了风险分解结构、风险评价指数法、风险矩阵和Borda序值法等工具和方法的运用。引入了风险度来衡量项目的总体风险水平。最后运用挣值法对风险管理绩效进行了评价。关键词：BOT项目管理风险管理风险矩阵风险分解结构风险评价指数挣值法ABSTRACTRiskmanagementisoneoftheimportantcontentsofthep
