2、服务体现出各方面的优势。目前，我国大学生志愿服务逐步成为各高校育人的重要手段，推动社会进步、促进大学生全面发展起到了重要的作用，由其在大学生思想政治教育方面效果显著。因此，立足大学校园，高校志愿者文化的系统研究对大学生思想政治教育的研究具有重要意义。本文首先深刻阐述了高校志愿者文化的内涵和特征，通过对高校志愿者文化相关概念的界定，高校志愿者文化与地方志愿者文化进行比较，从而论述高校志愿者文化的内涵、特征和功能。其次，论述了高校志愿者文化对大学生思想政治教育的导向、凝聚和激励作用。最后，论述了高校志愿者文化的培育与思想政治教育的创
