2、校思想政治教育有着重要的启示。本文从高校思想政治教育存在的一些现实问题出发，阐述了通识教育与高校思想政治教育融合的可能性与必然性，以人为本、人的全面发展的理论基础为二者的融合提供了可能；在拓展育人途径、深化对高校思想政治教育的认识以及提高思想政治教育工作者素质等方面使二者的融合成为现实必然。因此，通识教育可以在课程设置、教育内容、教育方法、校园文化和队伍建设等方面为高校思想政治教育提供借鉴。提倡通识教育并不是要削弱或取代高校思想政治教育，只是为高校思想政治教育提供一个新的角度，在大学生充分掌握专业知识技能
