1、孕期、哺乳期暴露十溴联苯醚对子代大鼠免疫功能的影响作者:周俊1;陈敦金2;廖秦平2;余艳红1 (1南方医科大学南方医院妇产科,广东 广州 510515;2北京大学第一医院妇产科,北京 100710)摘要:目的针对环境污染中十溴联苯醚对母婴健康存在潜在危害日益受到重视,研究经口胃灌十溴联苯醚对子代大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法对母代孕期前后及哺乳期持续高剂量胃灌十溴联苯醚后,观察其子代大鼠免疫器官发育情况、T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞增殖转化功能、NK细胞表面分子CD161表达及免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG)等变化。结果实验组免疫器官质量与对照组相比有变化,其T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、C
2、D3+CD8+、CD3+CD4+及NK细胞表面分子CD161+百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值下降,CD4-CD8-百分比升高。实验组T淋巴细胞增殖转化功能下降不明显,其IgM含量明显低于对照组,IgG含量变化不明显。结论母代持续暴露高剂量十溴联苯醚后,对子代免疫功能存在一定的不利影响。关键词:十溴联苯醚;免疫功能;大鼠中图分类号:R71 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1673-4254(2006)06-0738-04ImpactofPBDE-209exposureduringpregnancyandlactationonimmunefunctionofoffspringratsZH

6、+/CD8+ratiowerelowered,whilethepercentageofCD4-CD8-cellsincreased.Tlymphocytesubsetproliferationintheexposuregroupdidnotshowobviouslychanges,butcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,theIgMlevelintheexposuregroupwassignificantlylowered.NosignificanrdifferenceswereobservedinIgGlevelsbetweentheexposureandc
