1、推进以人为本的企业文化建设研究——以中国银行澳门分行为例PromotetheConstructionofOrganizationalCultureasPeopleBeingtheFirstCause--AnExampleofBankofChinaMacauBranch摘要摘要在进入知识经济时代的今天，企业管理活动已经由最初的经验型管理层次，递进至科学型管理层次，现更迈向更高级别的文化型管理层次。企业文化现发展成为企业在一定价值体系指导下所选择的一贯的、普遍的、稳定的行为方式，其激励功能、凝聚功能、导向功能、辐射功能、约束功能、融合功能等对企业
2、成员发挥潜移默化的影响。企业文化是人力资源管理中的一种重要的牵引机制，能为员工创造一个具有和谐的人际关系、能够充分发挥所长、实现自我价值观、具有丰富多彩生活的工作环境，能促进企业上下沟通、达成共识，使企业目标与员工目标保持一致。企业文化是企业的核心竞争力，企业拥有了自己的企业文化，就象为企业注入了生命力，是企业获得生存、持续发展和不断壮大的基础。企业文化成为企业迈向成功的尚方宝剑。本论文通过文献阅读，分析并总结前人对企业文化的理解，以价值观、需求层次理论及人本管理等相关理论作为本论文的研究基础。进而在对外国银行企业文化建设案例进行分析的基础上
3、，总结提炼其对中国银行企业文化建设的启示。通过对比花旗银行及汇丰银行企业文化的特点，发掘中国银行企业文化建设的不足之处，不仅从理论上分析了中国银行澳门分行在企业文化建设中存在的问题，更侧重结合以人为本的思想、针对现存问题，提出具有可操作性的企业文化建设实施方案，为银行企业文化建设提供更广阔的思路。关键词：中国银行企业文化以人为本实施方案I华侨大学硕士学位论文AbstractIntheeraofknowledge-basedeconomy,businessadministrationhasenteredahigherlevelofmanagem
