1、商业银行中小企业贷款问题的探究——以中国银行为例摘要：随着经济的快速发展，屮小企业创造社会财富，缓解就业压力、增加国家税收、优化经济结构，是加快我岡国民经济发展、维护社会和谐不可或缺的重要的发展力量。目前，中小企业在全国企业总数的占比超过97%,创造的GDP占全国GDP的60%,上缴税收约为岡家税收总额的50%,并且提供了75%以上的城镇就业岗位。如果中小企业能够进一步发展壮大，为我们的经济增长，确保实现就业目标无疑是一个强有力的支持。然而，由于多方而因素制约，屮小企业长期被资金短缺问题所困扰。贷款

2、难问题若得不到宥效解决，将严重制约中小企业的进一步发展，进而影响国民经济的整体发展。商业银行贷款有利于调整屮小企业融资成木结构来缓解屮小企业融资W境，但贷款过程中仍存在大量问题。本文就商业银行中小企业贷款问题，进行深入探讨。以屮W银行屮小企业贷款业务为研究对象，将理论研究与实证分析相结合，对贷款业务进行了介绍和对贷款环境进行分析，重点是通过分析阻碍无锡分行中小企业贷款业务发展的原因，并结合中小企业贷款的相关理论，进而为提高屮国银行屮小企业贷款效率提出对策建议。关键词：商业银行中国银行贷款研究ABST
