2、法律规定入手，阐述了技术侦查措施的定义，分析了新刑事诉讼法规定上的不足之处以及对技术侦查措施进行监督的必要性，并对当前司法实践中对于技术侦查措施监督体制的一些有益探索进行了阐述。笔者通过借鉴其它国家的监督制度、实施原则及相关的救济制度，阐述了如何从我国国情出发，探讨设立适合我国国情的技术侦查措施监督体制。对于技术侦查措施监督的主体应从我国司法制度特点出发，由检察机关来担任。最后笔者结合实践已有经验及国外司法制度，对于建立我国技术措施检察监督机制进行了详细阐述，说明了监督机制应有的原则，提出了检察监督制度规划和相关救济制度的设想。关
