4、eadditionalcostofdeliveringmes-basedonlogicalclocksexperiencealatencytomessagesagesincausalorder.Unfortunately,thosealgorithmsaredeliverythatislargerthanthechannellatencybetweenthelesseffectiveinwide-areadistributedsystems,wherethemostdistantnodesinthesystem,whichcanbesignif

5、icantspeedoflightimposesnontrivialchannellatencies.Weforsystemsspreadoverwideareas.Inthispaper,wepresenthereasimplestrategy,appropriateforwide-areapresentaprotocolthatdeliversmessagesinsystem-widenetworks,thatachievesminimaladditionallatencyforthecausalorderalmostimmediately

6、afterreceipt,avoidingthedeliveryofmessagesincausalorder.additionallatencyduetocausalorderingbeforedelivery.Theprotocolisbasedonsynchronizedclocks,andassumes2RelatedWorkthattheskewbetweenanytwoclocksislessthanthechannellatencybetweenthemostdistantnodes.InBirman'sIsissystem[1]
