1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要表面形貌是影响产品零部件功能特性的重要特征。随着现代光学、光电子信息技术以及航空航天技术等的发展,表面形貌超精密测量与分析评价,面临广泛需求。本文提出了将偏振相移(Polariziedphase-shifting-PPS)技术与Michelson干涉显微镜相结合的偏振相移显微干涉测量方法,以满足超精密表面形貌测量,具有创新性和实用性。论文首先从工程实际应用出发,分析了现有测量方法的诸多不足,提出了将偏振相移技术(PPS)与Michelson干涉显微镜相结合的偏振相移显微干涉测量方法,建立了偏振相移的理论分析模型。其
2、次,设计了结构简单、高精度的偏振移相单元以及稳定可靠的参考镜位姿调整机构,进而研制出了基于偏振相移显微干涉超精密表面形貌测量系统。第三,在VC++平台上设计开发了与系统配套的,集图像采集、数据处理、三维形貌显示以及部分表面轮廓参数评定为一体的测量软件。第四,对系统进行了实验比对测试,验证了该系统的重复测量精度优于0.5nm,Ra测量误差低于5%。实验结果表明,研制的偏振相移显微干涉超精密表面形貌测量系统具有高精度,良好的稳定性,满足超精密表面形貌测量需求。关键词:Michelson显微干涉;偏振相移;超精密表面;表面形貌I华中科技大学硕士学位

4、onofpolarizationphase-shiftingandMichelsonmicroscopy,namelypolarizationphase-shiftinginterferencemicroscopy,isproposedforultra-precisionsurfacetopographymeasurementwithinnovationandpracticability.Firstly,basedontheactualengneering,thedisadvantagesofexistingultra-precisionsu
5、rfacemeasurementmethodsareanalysed,andthen,thecombinationofpolarizationphase-shiftingandMichelsonmicroscopy,namelypolarizationphase-shiftinginterferencemicroscopy,isproposed.Furthermore,theoreticalanalysismodeloftheproposedmethodisestablished.Secondly,polarizationphase-shif
