3、m.ThefilmswerecharacterisedbyXPS,XRD,Raman,EDAXandSEM.InterestinglytheVO2filmsformedinthepresenceofTiCl4showedareductioninthethermochromicswitchingtemperaturefrom69uCinbulkVO2to49uC.APCVDofTiCl4/VOCl3atasubstratetemperatureof600and550uCaffordedcompositeTiO2/VO2films.Thesefilmsexhibitedphot
