1、摘要目的：检测肝细胞癌患者癌组织及对应癌旁组织中CypA表达情况，分析CypA在癌组织中表达差异与患者临床病理特征关系，探讨CypA在肝细胞癌中的临床意义。方法：通过免疫组织化学方法检测了48例病理证实肝细胞癌患者的癌组织及对应癌旁组织中CypA表达情况，用统计学方法分析其表达有无差异，进一步分析癌组织与癌旁组织中CypA表达差异与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、分化程度、肿瘤分级、TNM分期、血AFP水平、血HBSAg等临床病理特征关系。结果：1．CypA在肝细胞癌组织中表达阳性率为79．2％(38／

2、48)，癌旁组织CypA表达阳性率为12．5％(6／48)，癌组织中CypA表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织中表达阳性率，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论：1．CypA在肝细胞癌患者癌组织中呈现高表达，提示CypA可能
