1、摘要随着经济全球化的逐步发展，企业普遍认识到单凭自己的实力已经很难适应复杂多变的竞争环境，需要组建不同的战略联盟来增强自己的竞争实力，适应经济全球化时代的竞争需要。然而战略联盟的失败率却一直居高不下，因而在看到成功的企业战略联盟为企业带来巨大收益的同时，更有必要研究影响企业战略联盟不稳定的因素，并探讨其应对策略。本文正是基于这样一种情况来研究三鹿花花牛战略联盟及其不稳定性这一问题的。文章首先提出了研究的问题，介绍了企业战略联盟的概念、动因、分类、特征及不稳定性，以及本文研究目的、内容和意义，然后分析了三鹿花花牛战略联盟的产生背景和双方联盟过程，着重分析了双方战略联盟形成的动
