1、摘要医学是兼具自然科学与人文科学双重属性的一门科学，不仅要求掌握精湛的医术，还要求具备较高的人文素养，这是由其职业特殊性所决定的。但长期以来，我们重视医学专业教育而忽视了医学人文素质教育，致医学生人文素质普遍不足。所以，应加强医学生的人文素质教育，使其具备较高的人文素养，这对构建和谐医患关系乃至和谐社会，都具有重要意义。文章由四个部分组成：第一部分：引言。阐述医学生人文素质教育的相关概念、选题背景与研究意义、研究现状以及研究方法与本文的创新之处。第二部分：介绍医学生人文素质教育现状。这部分从思想观念、课程设置、教师

2、队伍、学生自身等方面分析医学院校大学生人文素质教育现况，分析医学生人文素质教育存在的主要问题，为有针对性地制定医学院校人文素质教育对策提供思路。第三部分：医学生人文素质教育相对滞后原因分析。从社会方面、教育决策者、实施者方面、医学生自身，分析医学生人文素质教育相对滞后的原因。第四部分：针对医学生人文素质教育现状，以及存在的主要问题，提出了加强医学生人文素质教育的相关对策、建议，这一部分是文章的重点。关键词：医学生；人文素质；教育AbstractABSTRACTMedicineisbothnaturalscience
