1、摘要摘要随着我国高等教育大众化进程的推进，教育规模持续快速发展，随之而来的教学质量保障问题也日益凸显。院系是高等学校办学的主体，是学校组织教学活动，落实教学管理各项规章制度，保证教学质量和人才质量的基本单位，其管理工作水平直接影响着学校整体教学质量和办学水平。因此，设计一个科学合理的适合于普通高校评价院系教学管理工作的评价指标体系并展开评价，至关重要。本文首先对教学、教学管理、教学管理评价指标体系等基本概念进行了内涵界定。对普通高校院系教学管理现状和特点进行了分析，依据教育部本科教学水平评估标准要求，提出了普通本科院校院系教学管理量化评估指标体系构建的基本原则。依据管理实际分析，

2、构建了一套较为科学的、可操作性较强的，适合普通高校应用的院系教学管理评价指标体系，同时，应用层次分析法和模糊综合方法进行评价，并结合高校特点加入特别量化项目，二者共同构成普通高校院系教学管理量化评价模式。建立高校院系教学管理工作评价指标体系并实施评价，对加强和完善院系管理，提高高校整个管理水平起着重要的作用。本论文在该方面具有一定的理论价值和实际借鉴作用。关键词：普通高校；院系教学管理；层次分析；模糊综合评价I摘要AbstractWiththepromotinginthepopularprocessofhighereducation,educationscaleisconstin
