1、中文摘要当代名医是解决，路床疑难问题的典范，代表了当前中医学术和临床发展的最高水平．他们的学术思想和临床经验是中医药学术特点、理论特质的集中体现，有必要对其进行总结与继承，并利用现代信息技术平台，让其得以发扬光大．湖南省名中医熊继柏教授临床辨证经验丰富，用方遣药经验独到．他在辨证中善于抓住病邪性质与病变部位两个关键，注重舌象与脉象两个重点；用方遣药中坚持先辨证后选方与每证必有主方两个原则；用方时善于将经方与时方混合使用，将专病专方与主证主方结合使用，将内科方与妇科方灵活使用，应急使用急症大方，对疑难病症巧用常用方从痰瘀论治，根据病证、病情与病势缓急进行方剂的配伍、剂量和剂型变化；遣药加减时，
