1、摘要lIIIJIrlfIIIItflIIIIrIIfY2042104摘要2l世纪，软件产业已经进入了空前的一体化发展阶段。软件外包产业是软件产业的重要组成部分，技术含量高、经济附加值高、环境污染少、发展前景好是它的特点。快速提高软件外包产业的服务质量成了优化经济结构的重要举措。江西省软件外包产业在国内相对比较落后：2010年，江西省的软件外包企业个数仅为68个，在全国排倒数第五，软件外包业务收入仅排在倒数第九。江西如何充分利用其优越的地理优势和交通优势、采取有效的战略，促进软件外包产业的快速发展已然成为了一个具有现实意义的课题。本文综合运用对比分析、PEST分析和SWOT分析方法

2、较为全面的分析了江西省软件外包产业的现状和影响因素。SWOT矩阵列举出了包括4个优势因素、4个劣势因素、4个机会因素和2个威胁因素在内的14个对江西省软件外包产业有重要影响的各种因素。在前人研究的基础上，本文建立了6个模型要素：产业收益、人力资源、技术支持、资本支持、政策支持以及市场需求。根据流位流率基本入树模型原理，本文首次提出了因果关系基本入树模型，并建立了关于6个系统要素的因果关系基本入树。然后利用枝向量行列式计算方法计算得到86条反馈环。依据“成长引擎”和“政策目标"原则，分析并筛选计算所得到的反馈环，结合软件外包产业共通的特点和江西省软件外包产业独有的特点，构建了人力资
