3、positivecasesofcerebralhemorrhagemicrolesions,Accordingtothelesionimagingfindingsweredividedintotwogroups:Uniformsetofsignalsandmixedsignalgroup;Accordingtolesionsizeinto10groups:≤1.5mmasagroup,≥5.5mmasagroup,1.5mmto5.5mmfora0.5mmbetweeneachgroup;Accordingtotheonsetofthepositionintothreezones:
4、Cortical-subcorticalregion(A),thalamus-basalganglia(B)andinfratentorialregion(C).SPSS13.0softwarepackageanalyzedata,Summarizesthecharacteristicsandlawsofthelesions,analyzethepossiblecausesandmechanism,andtoexploretherelationshipbetweenimagingfindingsandlesionsizeandlocationofonset.Theresult:25
5、7casesofcerebralhemorrhagelesionsshowedmicro-circularcross-section,
ovalorround,diameter≤8.4mm,Concentrichomogeneousormixed-signalsignalsignallevel
andwhite,clearboundary,smoothorlesssmooth,nosurroundingedemaandmass
effect.Lowsignalsandwhiteconcentricmixedsignalscharacteristicofcerebralhemorrh

microimagingfindings,andMixed-signallesiongroupwassignificantlygreaterthanthe
diameterofauniformsignalgroup(P<0.01).Mixed-signallesionswerelocatedintheupper
screen(AandB)area,underthescreen(C)zonedistributionisless(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheSusceptibilityweightedmagneticresonanceimagingofbrain

microbleedshavehighsensitivityandspecificity,canbeusedasthedetection,analysisand
