4、ftwareADAMS/CAR,aaccuratevehiclerigid-flexiblecoupledmodelWasestablished.Specially,inordertoevaluatethevibrationeffectsonhumancomfortandhealth,driverandseatmodelwereestablished.Then,accordingtotheevaluationmethodinthispaper,forhandlingstability,adoublelanechangetestwasmade,forridecomfort

5、,randominputsimulationandpulseinputtestwerecarriedout。Inparticular,thecomprehensiveevaluationaboutridecomfortWascarriedOut.Usingthecharacteristicparametersofsuspensionsystem(suspensionspringstiffnessandshockabsorberdamping)astheexperimentalfactor,thehandlingstabilityandridecomfortevaluat

6、ionindicatorsastheoutputresponse.Thedesignofexperimentofsystem’SinputandoutputwerecarriedoutbyusingOptLHD,LHD,OrthogonalArrays,CCD,Box.Behnkenrespectively.Thefivekindsofexperimentaldesignmethodswerecompared,theOptLHD’Sdesignsuperioritywasproved.Onthebasisofexperimentaldesign,theinputando
