4、CAR,aaccuratevehiclerigid-flexiblecoupledmodelWasestablished.Specially,inordertoevaluatethevibrationeffectsonhumancomfortandhealth,driverandseatmodelwereestablished.Then,accordingtotheevaluationmethodinthispaper,forhandlingstability,adoublelanechangetestwasmade,forridecomfort,randominputsimu
5、lationandpulseinputtestwerecarriedout。Inparticular,thecomprehensiveevaluationaboutridecomfortWascarriedOut.Usingthecharacteristicparametersofsuspensionsystem(suspensionspringstiffnessandshockabsorberdamping)astheexperimentalfactor,thehandlingstabilityandridecomfortevaluationindicatorsastheou
6、tputresponse.Thedesignofexperimentofsystem’SinputandoutputwerecarriedoutbyusingOptLHD,LHD,OrthogonalArrays,CCD,Box.Behnkenrespectively.Thefivekindsofexperimentaldesignmethodswerecompared,theOptLHD’Sdesignsuperioritywasproved.Onthebasisofexperimentaldesign,theinputandoutput’Sapproximatemodelo
