1、摘要中文摘要德国高职的双元制职业教育作为世界上先进的产学研合作教育人才培养模式，受到了世界职业教育界的认可，其不论是职业教育法律法规、管理、实施机构、师资培养、还是教育教学环节、课程设置、考评体系，都有其相对完善的模式体系。通过对德国高职双元制这种产学研合作教育培养模式的系统梳理，可以帮助我们更好的理解德国高职双元制产学研合作教育的价值，对我国高职产学研合作教育人才培养模式的构建起到积极的指导和借鉴作用。本文主要侧重于对德国高职教育中的“双元制”产学研合作教育人才培养模式的探讨和研究。通过对中德高职教育中职业模

2、式、管理制度、法律体系、师资结构、教育主体的比较，从中发现我国现行的高职产学研合作教育人才培养模式中存在的制度法规以及师资，教学环节等部分问题，最后借鉴德国高职双元制产学研合作教育模式的成功经验，对我国高职产学研合作教育的管理制度、师资培养、职业资格证书、以及培养模式等方面提出建议，在借鉴和吸收德国产学研合作教育先进理论和经验的基础上，对构建具有我国特色的高职产学研合作教育人才培养模式具有一定的参考价值，提供了一定的理论素材。关键词：高等职业教育德国产学研合作双元制人才培养模式AbstractAs011eoft
