1、浙江工业大学硕士学位论文摘要城市主次干路整治改造经验总结及后评价体系研究摘要我国城市化进程正在加快，各大中城市交通机动化趋势已不可逆转，由此带来的城市道路交通拥堵问题成为关注热点。各地政府也日益提高市政基础设施建设项目中城市主次干路整治与改造的比重。杭州在多年的城市主次干路整治改造中积累了丰富的经验，有成功的经验，也有失败的经验。如何更好的提取这些经验，如何更好的将它们发挥到今后的项目中，如何在其他地区因地制宜的利用这些经验，经验的总结和后评价体系的建立便显的非常迫切。本文首先对杭州市近年来城市道路整治改造项目进行总结，并在此基础上构建城市道路整治改造

2、工程的后评价指标体系。其次，对工程项目后评价的方法进行比较研究，提出更为合理并具可操作性的方法，并重点研究了后评价体系的指标权值。最后，以杭州市钱江新城核心区主要道路一钱江路为实例进行了后评价分析。通过工程实例，完成了对指标体系的应用，结果表明，改进后的后评价指标体系具有较好的全面性、适应性及准确性。希望本文的研究成果可以使城市主次干路整治改造工程的后评价工作能更好更深入的展开。关键词：城市主次干路，城市道路整治，改造，后评价体系LESSoNSLEARNEDFROMRECONSTRUCT烈GOFURBANPRIⅣL讯YANDSECONDARYROADA
