1、q63口‘6外交学院2003级硕士研究生学位论文金融工程视角的新国际货币体系建构专业：国际关系方向：国际经济关系导师：周韩教授作者：李佩森2006年6月摘要国际货币体系是国际经济关系体系的重要组成部分，它主要由国际汇率制度、国际储备货币制度以及国际收支调节制度等构成。近年来，频繁发生的金融危机从多方面表明了国际货币体系内在机制的缺陷，改革旧的国际货币体系的呼声日益高涨。金融工程是以工程化的设计和创造性构想来解决金融问题的新型金融技术，近年来发展迅速，应用广泛。不仅在微观金融领域发挥了很大作用，而且日益在更宏观的层面上崭露头角。在应对国际货币金融问题上，金融工程

2、也有其自身运作机理，即总体上是遵循诊断、分析、“产品”开发、制度化及实践检验等步骤对其加以解决。本文的主要脉络是运用金融工程方法，遵循金融工程作用机理，对现有国际货币体系的现状及其痼疾进行诊断、．剖析，找出问题症结，明确目标指向。并应用已有的金融手段和工具进行新的“产品”设计并进而制度化，提出具有实践指导意义的新国际货币体系建构。并通过结合东亚货币合作的实际需要对制度化方案进行实践检验，经过适当改造和演变提出更具针对性和切合实际需要的制度构想，即“平行推进的三层次货币合作模型”。关键词：金融工程国际货币体系货币合作模型AbstractInternational
