3、2and16ofpregnancy.proteins,andprocessingofprohormones.ExpressionofInovariectomizedandcatheterizedewes,CTSLmRNAintheCTSB,CTSD,CTSH,CTSK,CTSL,CTSS,andCTSZgeneswasendometriumwasincreasedbyprogesteroneandintrauter-detectedintheendometriaofcyclicandearlypregnantewesineinjection
4、sofovineinterferon(IFN).Otherendometrialwithdistincttemporalandspatialexpressionpatterns.IntheCTSgeneswerealsoregulatedbyprogesteronealone(CTSB,d18and20conceptus,expressionofCTSB,CTSD,CTSL,andCTSK,CTSS,andCTSZ)orprogesteroneandIFN(CTSH,CTSZmRNAwasdetectedinthetrophectode
5、rm.OfparticularCTSK,CTSS,andCTSZ).TheseresultsindicatethatCTSofnote,CTSLmRNAwasthemostabundantCTSmRNAintheendometrialandconceptusoriginmayregulateendometrialovineendometriumanddetectedonlyintheluminalepithe-remodelingandconceptusimplantation,endometrialCTSliumandsuperficia
6、lglandularepitheliumofcyclicandpreg-genesareregulatedbyovarianandplacentalhormones,andnantewes.CTSLmRNAincreased8-foldbetweend10and18CTSLisanovelIFN-stimulatedgeneexpressedonlyinlu-inendometriaofpregnantewes,whereasitdeclinedbetweenminalepitheliumandsuperficialglandularep
