3、catalyst.ItwasobservedthattheZnO:SbbasedsensorsweremoresensitivetothesegasesthanthepureZnOsensors.Theconductanceofthesensorincreasedlinearlywiththesquarerootofthegasconcentration.Thedependenceofthesensitivityontheamountoftheadditive(Sb)isdiscussed.Thesen
