1、基于冠心病血瘀证心肌细胞能量代谢网络模型的影子价格分析袁肇凯,简维雄,黄献平,张月娟,孙安会,夏世靖(湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所长沙,410208)摘要:目的:探讨冠心病急、慢性血瘀证心肌细胞能量代谢的变化特点。方法:①运用FluxExplorer软件平台构建起的冠心病血瘀证心肌细胞能量代谢网络模型;②应用GC-MS技术和血气自动分析仪从健康对照组、冠心病慢性血瘀证、冠心病急性血瘀证大鼠模型中取冠状动脉血检测葡萄糖、脂肪酸及血氧含量;③检测结果代入网络模型,通过影子价格分析冠心病不同心血瘀证状态下参数变化的特点。结
2、果:①在健康对照、CHD慢瘀证和CHD急瘀证的状态下,葡萄糖、脂肪酸、氧气的影子价格依次是-4.3478,0.0000,-5.6087;若分别增加1单位,则代谢后ATP的产量依次增加4.3478、0.0000、5.6087单位。②三个模型中对于葡萄糖、脂肪酸和氧气三种能量物质的灵敏度有别,其中对于葡萄糖和氧气的灵敏度,呈现健康对照>CHD慢瘀证>CHD急瘀证的趋势(均p<0.01);而对于脂肪酸,则呈健康对照<CHD慢瘀证<CHD急瘀证的趋势(p<0.01)。结论:冠心病急性血瘀证和慢性血瘀证心肌细胞对于不同能量物质
