3、tilayerceramiccapacitorsfortheloadofLDOregulators,andimprovestransientresponseandnoiseperformance.TestresultsfromaprototypefabricatedinAMI0.5-mCMOStech-nologyprovidethemostimportantparametersoftheregulatorviz.,groundcurrent,loadregulation,lineregulation,outputnoise

7、atthecostofacompromiseinstabilitystablevoltagesthatcansupplyfastvaryingcurrentsontheoftheregulator.LDOregulatorshavehighoutputimpedance;orderoffewamperes[1],[2].Lowsupplyvoltagenoiseisalsothisimpedance,alongwiththeloadcapacitance,createsaanimportantrequirementforno
