2、扰，同时也限制了银行网上支付业务的进一步拓展。因此，研究一个具备统一标准的网上跨行支付平台，就显得尤为重要。首先，我们研究国内外各种网上支付技术，分析国内目前的网上和网下支付的现状和特点，从网上支付各参与方的角度，提出网上跨行支付平台的整体方案，并研究解决了平台的关键问题：1）建立网上支付平台的跨行模型；2）解决与国内现有网上支付模式的兼容性问题；3)从机密性、完整性和不可否认性三个方面全方位地保障平台的安全性。在此基础上，本文从业务模型、系统需求和系统架构等方面对该平台进行完整的建模。随后，针对平台中的交换
