2、,Escherichiacoli,CandidaalbicansandRhizoctoniasolani)测定了它们的抗菌活性,结果表明,其中4213%的放线菌发酵液具有单一或多种抗菌活性.同时测定了它们的发酵液对肝癌细胞BEL7402、肺癌细胞A549和白血病细胞HL60三种肿瘤细胞的毒性,其中3714%的放线菌发酵液具有单一或多种抗肿瘤细胞毒活性.对这163株放线菌的16SrDNA序列分析表明,它们分属于链霉菌属(89%)、小单孢菌属(611%)、糖单孢菌属(016%)、马杜拉放线菌属(317%)和拟诺卡氏菌属(016%).其中,
