2、6029,China)Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofeconomyandincreaseinpopulation,thecarryingcapacityoflandresourcesisbecomingsmallerandsmaller,somanycountriesbegintotakemarineeconomydevelopmentasanimportantcontentinnationalstrategies.Chinahasalsomadeplansformarineecon
3、omydevelopmentandthemarineGDPisgrowingcontinuouslywhilethereisatendencyforregionaldisparitytoincrease.Regionaldisparityisaresearchhotspot,andtheresearchesareontheanalysisofcontributionsofdisparityelementsandthechangingcurrency,thedifferencebetweenlandandmari
4、neeconomy,thepertinenceanalysisbetweenlandindustryandmarineindustryaswellastheeconomicsituationofcoastalzone,andsoon.Thispaperdiscussesdifferentspatio-temporalscalesofregionaldisparityofmarineeconomy,includingtheoveralldevelopmentlevel,developmentspeedandthe
5、changingofindustrialstructure.Theauthorsusesomequantitativemethodsandmodels,suchasStd.deviation,variationcoefficient,weighedvariationcoefficientandTheilindices,toanalysethetemporalchangesofinter-provincial,inter-regionalandintra-regionaldisparties,thendrawLo
6、reznCurveofMarineIndustrytoreflectthespatialagglomerationanddiffusiondegreeofmarineindustry.Accordingly,authorsmakeananalysisfrombothbreadthwiseandlengthwiseangles.Justastheresultssuggest,theregionalgapofmarineeconomyinChinafrom1996-2004canbesummarizedasfoll
7、ows:Firstly,onthewhole,regionaldisparitiesinmarineeconomyofChinaarebecominglargerandlarger,onlyalittlefluctuatinginseveralyears.Secondly,theregionaldisparitiesinmarineeconomyshowthedifferentdevelopmentbetweenthenorthandsouthwhileChangjiangRiverDeltaareaismor
8、edevelopedthanthenorthandsouth.Thirdly,thetemporalchangeofmarineindustrialstructureisdifferentfromlandindustrialstructure,andthetemporalchangeofmarineindustrialstructureinvariousprovincesofChina
