2、飞速发展，中国的教育也进入了发展的快车道。义务教育免费、高等学校扩招、国际教育兴起等一系列教育领域新的发展成果不断涌现，但是，与此相对的是教育研究的沉寂与落寞。近二十年，中国的教育研究几乎成为了经济与政治的附庸，经济上仰赖教育研究投资者的鼻息，政治上被公权力主导的教育研究项目左右着自身的研究方向。教育研究者因此普遍感到无力、无助、无能。为了寻找使教育研究走出困境的路径，本文跳出研究本土教育研究的框架，对英国近二十年的教育研究的特征进行研究，通过对英国著名的教育期刊——《牛津教育评论》近二十年的文章进行分析，借助统计研究，探讨

3、英国是如何在社会经济、政治的大环境下开展教育研究的。本文对1991—2010年《牛滓教育评论》所登载的论文进行分主题统计，从研究内容和研究方法两个方面对统计结果进行分析，归纳出英国教育研究的特点，以及形成这些特点的原因。另外，从教育研究的管理主体的角度来总结英国教育研究管理的特点。在上述分析的基础上，本文指出中国的教育研究与英国的教育研究的差距的根源，即研究重心不稳定、教育研究者的方法意识不系统以及政府对教育研究过度管理。从这三个方面出发，本文提出英国教育研究对中国教育研究的启示。关键词：牛津教育评论，英国教育研究，特征Ab
