4、atteringoftheconductionelectronsonaquan-tumimpurityorimpurity-likeholeinthevalenceband,althoughweallagreethatthebackwardscatteringdrasticallychangesthebehaviorofaTL-liquid.Themaindifficultyisthatwehavenotareasonablenon-perturbationtechniquetotreatstronglycorrelateds
5、ys-temssuchasinthehighenergyphysicsandcondensedmatterphysics.AnotherinterestingproblemisaquantummagneticimpurityscatteringoftheTL-liquid(Kondomodelinone-dimensionalelectronicsystem).Althoughitisextensivelystudiedbymanyauthors[[20]-[23]],thelowenergyandlowtemperatu
6、repropertiesoftheKondoeffectintheTL-liquidstillremainanopenproblembecauseofthestrongcouplingbetweentheimpurityspinandtheconductionelectronsinthelowenergyandlowtemperaturelimit.Inthispaper,usingthebosonizationmethod,wegiveadetailstudyonthelowtem-peraturebehaviorofth
7、eKondoeffectintheTL-liquidandfirsttimeclearlyshowthatthepowerlawnon-Fermiliquidbehavioroftheimpuritysusceptibilitycompletelydependsupontheelectron-electroninteractionexistinginthetotalspinchannelandisindependentoftheelectron-electroninteractionexistinginthechargecha
