1、.当前师范类大学生思想政治素质现状及教育对策探究...摘要列宁曾说过:“在教育工作的整个方针方面,我们反对教育脱离政治的旧观点,我们不能让教育工作不联系政治。”思想政治素质是教师的精神支柱，决定着教师的政治信念和宗旨，制约着教师的道德规范，影响着教师工作态度、工作热情及自身能力的形成与发展。教师的思想政治素质水平的高低直接影响着素质教育的实行以及教育质量的提高。师范类大学生是未来教师队伍的后备力量，一个思想认识模糊、政治立场不鲜明的师范生未来是无法对学生进行有效的思想政治教育的。因此，如何提高师范类大学生的
2、思想政治素质就成了师范院校需要重点研究的课题之一。本文立足于现状，在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上，着重采取理论研究与实际调查相结合，对这一课题进行了分析和探讨。首先，在调查问卷的基础上分析了当前师范类大学生思想政治素质现状与问题,进而通过对当前师范类大学生的理想信念、价值取向、职业选择进行调查和分析，概括了师范类大学生思想观念的新特点，着重分析了存在的突出问题。其次，从师范院校领导的重视程度、社会消极因素的影响、思想政治教育体系的滞后性等几方面对存在的问题进行了原因分析。最后，有针对性地提出了提高师范类大学生思
