2、cessoff3Heinducedbymediumenergyelectronshasbeentheoreticallyanalyzedusingrealisticthree-nucleonwavefunctionsandtakingthefinalstateinteractionintoaccount.Variouskinematicalconditionshavebeenconsideredinordertoclarifythequestionwhethertheeffectsofthefinals
3、tateinteractioncouldbeminimizedbyaproperchoiceofthekinematics.1.Introduction:correlationsandfinalstateinteractionsinleptonscatteringoffnucleiTheinvestigationofGroundStateCorrelations(GSC)innuclei,inparticularthosewhichoriginatefromthemostpeculiarfeatur
4、esoftheNucleon-Nucleon(NN)interaction,i.e.itsstrongshortrangerepulsionandcomplexstatedependence(spin,isospin,ten-sor,etc),isoneofthemostchallengingaspectsofexperimentalandtheoreticalnuclearphysicsand,moregenerally,ofhadronicphysics.Theresultsofsophis
5、ticatedmany-bodycalculationsintermsofrealisticmodelsoftheNNinteractions,showthatthecomplexstructureofthelattergeneratesarichcorrelationstructureofthenucleargroundstatewavefunction,buttheinvestigationofsuchastructureisproblematicduetotheeffectsofthefina
6、lstateinteraction(FSI);these,infact,veryoftencompetewiththeeffectsgen-arXiv:nucl-th/0110062v225Oct2001eratedbyGSC,sothatthelongstandingquestionDoesFSIhindertheinvestigationofGSC?hasnotyetbeenclearlyanswered.To-daytheanswercouldprobablybeprovidedinamor
7、ereliableway,particularlyinthecaseoffew-bodysystems,forwhichaccurategroundstatewavefunctionsareavailableandFSIeffectscanalsobecalculatedinasat-isfactoryway(seee.g.[1],[2]).Inthispapertheprocessoftwo-nucleonemissionoffthethree-nucleonsystems,whichisunde
8、rintenseexperimentalinvestigation(seee.g.[3],[4])willbediscussed,withtheaimofprovidinganotherattemptatansweringtheabovelong-standingquestion.Realisticthree-nucleonwavefunctions[2]correspondingtotheAV18interaction[9],willbeused,andtheeffectsfromtheFSIw
