2、成本管理的研究正是在企业目前特定的内外部环境下展开的。本文运用理论研究与企业实际相结合的方法，对航运企业的战略成本管理进行了研究。首先对战略成本管理的理论框架进行了研究，通过对战略成本管理的目标、内容、特点、程序等理论和方法的深入探讨，在对航运企业的内外部环境研究和分析的基础上，对企业的价值链、战略定位进行了详细分析，找出了不增值和成本不合理作业活动以及影响企业成本降低的瓶颈所在，通过重组价值链将企业精力集中于那些企业有竞争优势的作业活动，确定企业的战略目标及其相应的成奉管理战略。为了促进企业战略目标的实现，进一步明确成今管理的重点

3、，将成本控制在目标以内，保证成本管理战略的正确性和有效性，本文运用成本动因分析法对航运企业的结构性成本动因和执行性成本动因进行了分析。然后结合对航运企业战略成本管理的研究结果，对万海航运股份有限公司进行相关战略成本管理的研究分析。最后，对企业战略成本管理的业绩评价进行了探讨，为航运企业的战略成本管理指出了一条新思路，提供了一套实施方案，以期为企业营造一种成本持续降低的环境，使企业整体经营成本接近最低，提高企业的市场竞争力，维持竞争优势，保持企业长期获利的能力。关键词：战略成本管理：战略定位：成本动因：价值链墨壅塑墨Strategic
