2、。因此，优化人才聚集环境，提升区域人才竞争力，具有重要的现实意义。本文基于这一现实背景，以北京CBD企业人力资源状况及人才环境满意度调查取得的数据为基础，结合人才聚集环境效应理论，运用文献查阅法、理论综述法、问卷法和数据分析法等研究方法和SPSS统计分析软件，从宏观、中观和微观三个角度入手，对北京CBD人才聚集环境效应进行深入的理论和实证研究，涉及人才政策环境、经济环境、人才市场环境、社会文化环境、生活环境和企业内部环境等六大方面，在相关分析的基础上提出有针对性的优化北京CBD人才聚集环境效应的对策建议，以供有关部门决策借鉴，也希望对其他城市
