3、constitutesanewdevelopmentalareaontheinterpersonalfunction.Thetheoryconsistsofthreesystems:Attitude,EngagementandGraduation.Eachsystemcanstillbedividedintoitsownsubsystems.However,notmuchstudyhasbeenfoundaboutteachertalkwiththeAppraisaltheory硒aguiding
