1、护理本科毕业生核心能力的调查研究摘要目的:本研究通过调查分析某地区三级甲等医院新毕业护理本科生专业核心能力水平、比较新毕业护理本科生与有3年工作年限的护理本科注册护士在专业能力上的差异、分析影响护士核心能力的因素,为医学院校对护理本科学生的教育提供参考依据,同时为医院护理管理者提供基线资料。方法:应用随机抽样方法选取青岛市三级甲等医院240名护士为研究对象。采用问卷调查法,应用自编的个人基本资料问卷和刘明等编制的《注册护士核心能力量表》(CompetencyInventoryforRegisteredNurse,CIRN)n1进行问卷调查,通过统计描述、t检验、方差分析、相关分析
