1、摘要细胞分裂素(Cytokinin,CTK)是植物体内广泛存在的生理激素,在植物生长发育过程中发挥重要的作用,对作物产量及其相关性状也有很大的影响,因此研究参与CTK代谢及信号转导相关的CTK受体蛋白基因和CTK氧化酶基因有重要的应用价值。本文以课题组收集的小麦品种和原始材料为实验材料,探索小麦细胞分裂素受体基因TaCRE1的等位变异与小麦分蘖的关系;同时探讨小麦细胞分裂素氧化酶基因TaCKOX4的等位变异对千粒重、籽粒密度的作用,主要研究结果如下:1、冬前分蘖数、春季分蘖数、拔节期分蘖数均与有效分蘖数呈极显著正相关,其中
2、冬前分蘖数和有效分蘖数相关最紧密。冬前分蘖数和拔节期分蘖数呈显著正相关,而春季分蘖数与拔节期分蘖数相关不显著。2、TaCRE1的等位变异与冬前分蘖数、拔节期分蘖数以及有效分蘖数均呈显著或极显著正相关,和春季分蘖数未达显著水平。等位基因间的分蘖数差异分析和作用评估与相关性分析一致,说明TaCRE1基因等位变异主要影响冬前、拔节期分蘖数,从而影响最终的有效分蘖。3、TaCKOX4基因等位变异在收集材料和原始材料中均表现为与千粒重呈极显著负相关,和籽粒密度呈负相关,但未达到相关显著水平。等位基因间分析发现,具有A型等位基因品种其

5、torgene(TaCRE1)associatedwithwheattillerandcytokininoxidasegene4(TaCKOX4)withgrainweightanddensitywererespectivelyinvestigatedinthecommonwheatvarietiesincludingthecollectedandoriginalmaterialsintotal.Andthemainresultsareasfollows:1.Theeffectivetiller(ET)wassignifi
6、cantlyrelatedtoallthetillernumberatthedevelopingstagesbeforewinter(TNBW),springstage(TNSS)andjointingstage(TNJS)respectively,ofwhichTNBWwasthemostobviousonethatwassignificantlyrelatedtotheeffectivetiller.TNBWshowedasignificantcorrelationwithTNJSandthetillernumberi
7、nspring,whileTNJSwasnotsignificantlyassociatedwithTNSS.2.AllelicvariationofTaCRE1wasverysignificantlyrelatedtoTNBW,TNJSandET,exceptforTNSS.ThedifferentialanalysisoftillernumberandfunctionalevaluationbetweenTaCRE1alleleswasalsoconsistentwiththecorrelation,whichillu
8、stratedthattheallelicvariationofTaCRE1mainlyinfluenceTNBW,TNJSandET.3.Inourresearches,allelicvariationsofTaCKOX4showedmoresignificantnegativecorrelation
