1、上海师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要关于教师言语行为的研究日益引起教育界的关注，教师言语行为已成为判断教师教学水平高低的重要指标。随着教师专业化的深入，作为教师事业未来发展主力军的实习教师的专业发展问题不容忽视。那么，实习教师课堂教学言语行为现状如何?实习教师在课堂言语行为发展的过程中存在哪些问题、原因何在?实习教师教学言语行为的发展路径又是怎样?这些问题将成为本论文研究的重点。本文首先利用文献研究的方法对教师课堂言语行为的研究现状作简要梳理，然后通过现场观察、问卷调查、跟踪访谈以及案例分析等实证研究方式对上海市S学校的两批实习教师的课堂言语进行分析，揭示

2、实习教师在教学言语行为方面呈现的特点(包括优点和缺点)，并以此为基础作进一步的原因分析，进而提出实习教师教学言语行为的发展策略，为实习教师今后的教师专业发展提供建议。通过调研发现，实习教师课堂教学言语行为不足之处表现为：(1)讲授行为形式化；(2)提问行为随意化：(3)反馈行为中庸化；(4)调控行为虚无化。文章对实习教师言语行为表现出来的不足从教师层面和学生层面做了原因分析。最后，笔者在对相关调查结果进行分析及深入思考的基础上，针对实习教师教学言语行为方面存在的问题提出了相应的发展策略：(1)关注课堂沟通语言；(2)修养课堂教学语言；(3)培养教师反思能力
